Neil Lennon has made two changes to the team that defeated Motherwell on Tuesday night.
Artur Boruc replaces Lukasz Zaluska between the sticks, while Marc-Antoine Fortune comes in for Diomansy Kamara in attack.

Celtic start on the front foot. Naylor's free-kick from the left is cleared to safety.

Keane attempts a volley inside the area, but the shot is blocked. Fortune looks to pick up the return ball in the area, but is flagged for offside.

What a chance for Hiberinan. The ball is cut across goal but Stokes fluffs the chance with the goal gaping.

Celtic counter immediately. Brown releases Keane from a long ball. The Irishman races into the area and tries to pick out Fortune in the area, but a Hibs defender gets a foot to the ball.

Stokes has a shot which Boruc gathers easily.

That should have been 2-1 to Celtic. Keane slides a pass through to McGinn. The winger only has Stack to beat, but the keeper gets a touch to his shot and it goes behind for a corner.

Fortune wins a free-kick on the right. Wilson takes it, but it eventually goes out of play on the far side.

McGeady skips past two players on the left. His cross is headed clear to the edge of the area, NGuemo fires in a shot, but it's deflected into Stack's arms.

Keane shows wonderful skill to engineer space for a shot from 25 yards, but it flies over.

Bamba wins a free-kick on the right. Rankin takes it and Boruc catches the ball.

McGinn turns his man inside out and delivers a dangersous ball into six yard box. Stack fumbles it, but Rankin clears.

Riordan shoots over from 30 yards.

Hanlon makes a vital interception with Fortune in close attendance.

McCormack gives the ball away, McGeady picks it up, but his cross is blocked.

Wilson floats the ball in from the right. It is eventually cleared to the edge of the area, Wilson meets it, but sweeps his shot over the bar.

McGeady twists and turns in the box and digs out a cross towards the back post. Rising highest is Fortune, but he can only head it over.

Stokes gets in behind O'Dea, he shoots towards the far post, Boruc pushes it away and Wilson clears for a corner.

McGeady shows good determination to win the ball on the left, he drills the ball across goal, but it's missed by everyone.

Brown takes a quick free-kick. Fortune turns inside, but pulls his shot over the bar.

Bamba takes a free-kick on the half-way line. Fortune heads clear.

Naylor drives forward. He finds Keane in the box. The Irishman spins, but his shot is deflected wide.

HALF TIME: CELTIC 1 HIBERNIAN 1 Robbie Keane's early goal is cancelled out by a Derek Riordan strike in an entertaining first-half.

Hibs kick-off the second half.

Stokes runs into the box, but Boruc is out quickly to gather the ball.

Fortune runs on to a long pass. He twists and turns and eventually gets a shot away which strikes the post.

Riordan dribbles past Wilson, and he fires a left-foot shot across goal.

GOAL!!! CELTIC 1 HIBERNIAN 2. Stokes finds the net from the spot after Thompson was penalised for a foul on Nish in the area.

Riordan hits a free-kick from 35 yards. NGuemo blocks the shot.

McGinn wins a free-kcik on the right. It's taken quickly but goes out for a throw in.

Celtic sub - Andreas Hinkel on for Darren O'Dea

Keane plays a long ball for Fortune to chase, but Stack is out quickly

McGinn attempts a shot from the angle of the box, but it's blocked by the Hibes defence.

Stokes' pace allows him to collect a long ball. He cuts inside Thompson and curls a shot over.

Hinkel cuts inside and his low effort is palmed away by Stack, Fortune is unable to get on the end of the rebound.

Hibs sub - Riordan off. He is replaced by Galbraith.

Celtic sub - Niall McGinn is replaced by Morten Rasmussen.

Neat play in midfield from Brown. He slips the ball through to Naylor, whose driven cross is blocked.

Brown shoots narrowly wide from 25 yards.

Keane flicks the ball onto Rasmussen, whose shot from a tight angle is blocked by Stack.

Fortune races down the right. His low ball finds Keane, but the striker drags his shot wide of the far post.

Free-kick to Celtic on the right. Hinkel takes it, but it's blocked before it reaches the box.

Rasmussen inches away from giving Celtic the lead. Keane backheels the ball to the Danish striker, and he sweeps the ball past the far post.

Stokes races down the right and cuts the ball back for, but Hinkel does well to force the resultant shot over.

NGuemo is felled by a dangerous challenge by Stokes, which goes unpunished by referee, Stephen Finnie.

There will be three minutes of injury time.

FULL TIME: CELTIC 3 HIBERNIAN 2. Morten Rasmussen gives the Hoops all three points with a late winner. Robbie Keane had given Celtic an early lead, before strikes from Derek Riordan and Anthony Stokes had given Hibs the advantage. Marc-Antoine Fortune levelled, before the Danish striker, made his late intervention.
