georgios samaras talks to the huddle online

Gregor Kyle
WITH a cup tie looming, the memory of a painful defeat at Rugby Park in February will provide additional incentive for the Celtic players.

Georgios Samaras and his team-mates travel through to Rugby Park tomorrow aiming to book their place in the semi-finals of the Active Nation Scottish Cup and we caught up with Celtic’s Greek striker ahead of the match for tonight’s Huddle Online (Friday, March 12).

On tonight’s show, Georgios talks about the match and the lessons learned in the February defeat.

He also speaks about the intense competition for places in Celtic’s front line at the moment.

We also catch up with one of the club’s rising stars, James Forrest and talk to him about his development within the Youth Academy and his progress towards the first-team.

On tonight’s show we also give you another look at the candidates for February’s Goal of the Month competition, with a strip signed by the winning goalscorer up for grabs.

Tonight’s show also features a previous meeting with Kilmarnock and, with tomorrow being the anniversary of Jimmy Johnstone’s passing, we have our tribute to the man voted as the Greatest Ever Celt.
