We want you to be happy with everything you purchase at Celtic FC Ltd. We offer an exchange or refund with proof of purchase, which will be issued by the original method of payment. Please also refer to the section Store Gift Card Usage.
Where there is no receipt available, we will replace the item at current selling price or give the equivalent in the form of a credit note.
Your goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Celtic FC Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of the Store Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
Payment by Store Gift Card - Store Gift Cards may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the Store Gift Card, on payment of the difference. Store Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment for match or season tickets (except in Celtic Stores), hospitality, stadium tours (except in Celtic Stores), community coaching, Channel 67 subscriptions or any other product or service.
Store Gift Cards purchased in Eire - These can be used in UK stores & vice versa. Where necessary, our systems will convert Euro card balances to Sterling and vice versa using a regularly updated exchange rate.
Store Gift Card validity – Store Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
Refunds on Purchases made with the Store Gift Card - if any product purchased with a Store Gift Card is returned for an exchange or refund, together with its original receipt, any money refunded will automatically be credited to the original Store Gift Card. It is very important that you retain your Gift Card, even when it has a zero balance. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Store Gift Card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Store Gift Card in the first instance. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by the Store Gift Card, then any remaining refund balance will then be refunded to the other method of payment used.
Lost, stolen or damaged Store Gift Cards - Please treat your Store Gift Card with care. Celtic FC Ltd will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
