Sean McArdle
After signing his first professional contract with the Hoops in 2023, Sean McArdle broke into the Celtic FC B squad as a 16-year-old.
Initially starting the season with the under-18s squad, the midfielder is now a regular feature in matchday squads for the young Hoops.
McArdle made his first appearance for Darren O’Dea and Stephen McManus’ side, coming off the bench to contribute to a late leveller as the Bhoys sealed their first UEFA Youth League point of the campaign in a 1-1 draw with Lazio.
He didn’t have to wait much longer for his first start, and has gone on to make appearances in the Premier League International Cup and Lowland League.
The talented youngster will be aiming to continue his development with the B Team after an impressive start to life as a member of the squad.
