Joining the Club’s Academy in February 2022, Amy Sharkey didn’t have to wait long to make her first team debut for the Ghirls.
Initially joining up with the under-16s squad, the striker was named as a substitute in the first-ever Women’s Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park as the Celts defeated Rangers 2-0.
After playing her part in pre-season preparations ahead of the beginning of the 2023/24 campaign, the 15-year-old came off the bench to make her senior debut in the 9-0 victory over Montrose.
Sharkey quickly followed that up with a further appearance off the bench the following week as she continues to take huge strides at such an early stage in her career.
The youngster will be aiming to earn more extremely valuable minutes at senior level as the season goes on.
The forward has also represented her country on countless occasions, regularly receiving call-ups for the Scotland Under-17s squad.
