Caitlin Hayes
Ahead of the 2020/2021 season Caitlin Hayes arrived in Glasgow as the Celts looked to strengthen his defensive options.
The Warrington-born player said the opportunity to join her "family team" was too good to pass up.
Initially cutting her teeth at Manchester City, Manchester United and Everton, the defender played in the States with Mississippi College before swapping the college game for Champions League with Cypriot outfit Barcelona FA.
Since arriving at Paradise, Hayes has been a crucial part in helping the Celts achieve trophy success, lifting two Scottish Cups and the SWPL Cup.
Alongside her teammates, the central defender contributes to the rock-solid Celtic backline, which conceded just goals last season.
Hayes is also a huge threat in front of goal, popping up with a number of crucial game-winning strikes, striking fear into opposition defenders.
Last season, the defender also picked up a trio of individual awards, being voted Celtic's Player of the Year, Players' Player of the Year and PFA Player of the Year.
During the 2023/24 campaign, Hayes went on to make her 100th appearance for the Hoops against Partick Thistle.
