Chloe Craig
Chloe Craig has been at the club for over 15 years, with Celtic being her only girls club.
After advancing through the youth system, Craig broke into the first team and became a rock in David Haley’s defence. She has since gone on to make over 250 appearances for the Hoops.
While she has had no other club experience, the defender has plenty of national game time under her belt, having represented Scotland at under-17s and under-19s and been involved in A-Squad training camps.
Playing under Scotland Women manager Shelley Kerr at Scotland under-19s, Craig believes her influence has helped her become the player she is today, with her passion for the game and her development palpable.
Craig describes herself as a stalwart of the defence, who likes to keep calm and play the simple ball. She is also tough and keen to attack the ball, pushing the play up the park.
Not only is the defender reliable at the back, but also in front of goal popping up with a number of crucial strikes and in January 2024, Craig scored her 100th goal for the club against Rangers.
